I, Mr.Amar V Meharwade, a native of a small town Harihar near Davanagere, Karnataka have completed schooling and professional education in Bangalore. After Completing SSLC from Oxford School, J.P Nagar., Bangalore I received merit seat in Commerce in Vijaya College where I completed PUC and B.Com degree. Post graduation I planned to take up Chartered Accountancy Course as the cost effective course and completed CA at the age of 24 years

Post Qualification, I have experience in working with one of the most reputed firm M/s.R C E and Co., under Sri. CA .Chythanya and Sri CA.Raghuraman who are presently among the leading Advocates and Tax Experts in Bangalore and South India.

Later in December 2008, I also have incorporated my own private limited company in the name of M/s.Auditax Management Services Pvt Ltd., to provide outsourcing, Reporting and compliance services in the areas of Finance and Taxation and have been successful in providing quality and value added services in the industry with expertise in Accounting, Finance and Taxation and started serving various local and Multi-national organisations. I am Presently the Founder Director and CFO of the Company.

Apart from serving the industry and students I have also been an active committee member of SSK Samaj, Seshadripuram, Bangalore and has been instrumental building of Hostel for our community students from outside Bangalore at Seshadripuram (opp Mantri Mall).

After completing more than 18+ years of services in the Industry, I came up with an initiative and commenced training and certification courses to provide skill development programmes which is of topmost requirement in the Industry today with a mission statement that “KNOWLEDGE IS POWER”.
